Mrs Sarah Wareham 21.06.1988 - 24.04.2022

The Bassett Green Family are heartbroken to learn of the passing of our much loved colleague, friend and teacher Mrs Sarah Wareham. Sarah unexpectedly passed away on Sunday 24th April at the age of 33.

From Tuesday 26th April children, their parents and the wider community are invited to pay tribute to Sarah by laying flowers, cards or a poem outside the school office. In Sarah's memory we have adopted a zebra, her favourite animal, at Marwell Zoo. If you are planning on visiting the zoo we would love for you to share a picture of you and your children with the adoption plaque or zebra with us.

On Friday 8th July 2022 we held a memorial at school where staff, children and parents were invited to pay their respects. Two beautiful memory roses were planted in her memory inside a planter painted in zebra stripes.

Sarah's dedication to the children, determination and hard work will always be remembered. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
