Helping Children Learn



We are looking for reliable and efficient cleaner to join our hard working and supportive facilities team. The role will be to work alongside our Site Manager and existing Cleaning team to provide a safe learning environment for our children, staff and visitors


  • Grade 1 Scale Point 6 £8.45 per hour
  • 10 hours per week (2 hours daily – afternoons from 15.30)
  • 52 week contract, working during the school holidays

Medical Welfare & Administrative Assistant


This role will include day to day First Aid to pupils, staff & visitors. It will also involve tailored first aid duties to specific pupils as required, liaising with parents and healthcare professionals, updating pupil records, recording and checking stock.


  • The  role will be  for 22.5 hours, working Monday- Friday, term time only.
  • Required from 3rd September 2018 until 31st August 2019 in the first instance.
  • Core hours will be from 10.15am until 3.15pm.
  • Salary Grade 5, Scale Point 16 - £18,578 FTE £9.62 per hour.

We are always keen to welcome volunteers to our school to support our children in their learning.   Volunteer opportunities can be flexible to fit around your work, study or family commitments, and you can make a commitment to help for a certain number of days, weeks or terms.


Current Vacancies - Reading Volunteers


We are currently recruiting volunteers to support with reading in school. Reading volunteers will be working 1:1 with children to listen to children read, support with phonics skills, and check reading comprehension. Volunteers will work under the direction of the class teacher.  The minimum commitment for this volunteer role will be one hour each week.  Please complete the Volunteering Form below to find out more.
